Could it be coming from the left side lower engine area..... if so, it might be the starter clutch spinning down...
If not.... hmmm.... where is it coming from......

The sound you're hearing is the engine running backwards. The starter has a one way clutch and when the engine runs backward it will engage causing the starter to turn
What year is your bike?
If pre '95, then you don't have a torque limiter on your stater and running backward can cause damage to your engine. If so then try to kill the engine rotation with the clutch as the engine winds down.
If '95 or newer, don't worry about it.
