most problems are caused by the loose nut that conects the handelbars to the seat

if u have good equipment ... it is not so cold ... that reminds me i have to buy a winter set of gloves ... the one i have are 4 summer ...

I went winter riding today also, Good ride. It was also 83 degrees today.

Yeah, went "winter" riding today. Kinda hard to get used to not having all the layers on to stay warm. Mesh, armoured jacket and pants over hospital scrubs. Still a bit warm.

Rode to work and back today - 65 going to - 45 coming home - hands got cold, thats about it for my 40 mile ride home. Felt good to be on a bike instead of driving the van.
