I have about 6,000 miles on my bike-is this normal wear or are IRC tires garbage? Any suggestions for repl tire?

If not riding style, average road surface, it may be road temp.

That's the size of the Kenda I have on, but I wouldn't want it a zillimeter bigger. Is it safe to assume that any tire that size will fit?

Most manufacturers have a listing of the actual size of their tires as mounted on a specific width rim (and I assume properly inflated.)

Our rims are 19x2.15 front and 15x2.75 rear. That rear is a skinny rear for the size tires we use.
