Anyone know the reducer size?
03/06/09 at 18:13:21

I wanted to order the new header tonight but when I was looking at the bike after work I noticed it used a reducer to plug into the Harley muffler.  I forgot to measure it and now its dark.  Anyone know what size reducer I need so I can replace the nasty rusty one?

The reducer is a DIY project.  Some bolt the HD muffler directly to the header.  Others have a reducer made that positions the muffler back further and with a 10 degree angle.  The goal of the reducer is to keep the black exhaust soot off of the rear brake cover/actuator arm.
