Use the little picture icon (third on the upper left of the dialog box when posting) and copy and paste the url of your picture. I post pics to bikepics, facebook, myspace, snapfish, photobucket etc them link them from there.

Definately an improvement in comfort for my hands. I'll try and paste pictures after I get them uploaded.
