Yep, the saddle bags are needed as is the rear seat because I haul my younger daughter around as well.

The handle bars are basic 1inch diameter 10 inch rise mini apes.

The front end increases my turning radius a bit but not by too much, and it is a bit bouncy compared to a hydraulic front end. But all in all it actually handles rather well.

Reply #18 - 02/25/09 at 08:55:04 When I put the mini apes on I still had the stock front end, but no, all I had to do was re-route the cables. But remember, I originally had the buck horn bars, if you have the drag bars you may need to get new cables.
