Just the simple fact that the fenders arent plastic makes me happy.

Mine doesnt have any fenders...I wasnt going to use them but I may be reconsidering a rear just for the fact the way my frame is, my back wheel is going to stick way out of place by its self I think...and it rains alot here and not looking foward to it spraying all over me...

Welcome!  And I envy you the warm weather, although ours is finally starting to climb back into "decent" temps. Tongue

alittle more progress....
Owner before me painted the engine "hemi" orange, so I painted high gloss black and polished the fins (not in the pics). I also touched up the carb a bit...

Then I got abit crazy when it came to the frame.....

*yea I know its going to be a rough ride but I dont plan any long distance riding, just something diffrent and fun*

That looks really awesome kind of reminds me of a bike on one of the biker build offs. Which I really like by the way.

Hard tail.....  You may want to put a little trianlge of metal (web??)under that seat bracket.

A 150 to 200 lb person bouncing on it over a few months of hard riding might cause the bracket to ripe off of the frame.  It mght not be a fun experience on some back twisty......

Hmmm, the tractor seat spring used to be a big strip of metal bent back on its self.  If you can find one with a 90° bend, you could bolt it right to the seat post.
