Reasons for delaminating in an electrical motor. 1) moisture, and I mean sitting in the rain moisture and foggy weather for days moisture, or never seeing the inside of a garage. The moisture will cause rust to form. That rust can get in between the magnets and the housing and push the magnets away. Then scrape and bang...
2) Heat. Heat can cause the glue to go bad and then the magnets might come loose.
But, not so sure it's a heat thing because it would be more common if it was. Especially in the US midwest states. More than likely the moisture thing. We all know the UK never gets rain or fog.......... NOT.
The Breaker part should work , but check it out for signs of rust.
