headlights and signals dead

My headlight and front turn signals aren't on right now.
I was playing with the tank before I noticed this because when I put it on the speedo cable wasn't running far enough. Could I have disconnected a relay or connector?
The other likely cause is from the wiring under the seat (it shorted and caught fire last weekend and I had to splice it up)

wow... it's been out longer than I knew... good thing I havent been riding in low light.
Last saturday when I had my electrical short and fire I was going to go over the whole harness so I was disconnecting all the plugs. Well I pulled on the shrinkwrapped connectors for the horn and accidentally pulled that wire apart and that broke the circuit that the lights are on. I left it that way cause I never use my horn.
