If you originally have the pullbacks, no, just re-route the cables. If you originally have drag bars, then yes, you will need to get longer cables.

Wasnt sure as they are 3.5" where we are 4" on the tee. Search ebay for 10" Mini Apes theres 2...

If you dont mind some of the ribbing on the handlebars hanging out, it's fine. I found the brake cable to be a little tight but it should work. And for $.99, what do you have to lose?
