As far as kevlar pads go, I wouldn't put them on. I would think they would eat into the rotor faster and I'm in no hurry to have to replace a rotor ($). Also, while i like stopping power as much as the next guy, the lack of ABS along with the diasterous effects a front-wheel lockup can have on a bike, i don't think its worth it.
Do your homework before you buy. Not a bad rating though 98.8%
Kevlar is good stuff, supposed to be dustless. And less harsh on the disk.
EBC part number FA106/something
don't get the FA106 w/o the something, those are too thick.
The EBC's I got were red's which are ceramic. No squeak but didn't stop as good. Great if you're worried about stoppies.
Which reminds me... It's good practice to do some panic stops every once in a while.
