Stalling Savage Pt. #2

While back had an issue where the flow of gas would either cease, or the carb would stop allowing proper mixtures, or any number of other possibilities.

Took the rout of "my bike needs carb attention". so i took it all apart, was kinda crudded up but that would be expected if you've run without an airfilter for at least 3K miles.

while i was in my carb i cleaned, did the jet needle mod, and replaced the vacuum line, put her back together and she ran like a champ untill.......

stalling savage. again we were sitting at a red light after a nice highway run and she decided that she didn't want to continue to idle. checked the tank and there was plenty of fuel.

any ideas???

Yeah, ditto on checking that idle speed. Seems like my Savage likes to idle faster than my old Sportsters.
