thanks for the quick post. i get to rebuld my carb tomorrow, install a new airfilter (my bike has been ridden at least 3000 miles without one), install new rubber duct from airbox to carb, install new crank case gasket (fixed my neutral light sensor) and fire her up!!!!!! i'm super excited.

fantastic weekend here in texas, can't wait to get back on the road!!!!

Thinner washer - richer mix. Fabricate, improvize, aluminum would do too, if you can fabricate it somewhere.
