handlebar riser choices

I need to either find a way to get taller risers or an offset riser.

I need better clearance to my tank at full lock. This is in preparation for larger tank.

I'm hoping for an inexpensive solution. And I dont want to use more spacer than I need cause master cylinder hose isn't overly long.
2 inches would be enough.
What can I do?

I made risers out out BMX bike footpegs.. $10.00 at Wallymart.  19mm sockets can work too.

those pegs work for alot of things,  i have a matched set that are the handgrips, front and rear pegs.  i know rear pegs on a bobber,  hey they give me an alternate seating option.  my bars just barely clear the tank and i have no problem with that.

i posted  the craftsman deepwall sockets as risers several years ago, then saw it on american chopper three months after that.   i was totally surrised, i didn't think vinne read this fourm.
