After still more tweaking this seems to be the setup that works great for my bike with the
free flowing exhaust
and
pod filter
at 900ft above sea level, average humidity of 65%, and 50/50 mixture of stop-and-go traffic and wide open road.
no spacer + 152.5 main + 55 pilot with bleed holes + idle mixture screw only 1/3 turn out = great!
I've tried just about every combination of main jet from stock to 155, no spacer to 2 washers and idle mixture screw from all the way in to 2 turns out. The setup described above is the clear winner for my bike.
