I just installed the same bags on my bike....did you have issues with the turn signals blinking fast like there was a bulb out? I know the LED's don't draw enough current for the flasher, and was considering some solutions. Before i did anything I wanted to see what you did.
Thanks.

I have the same bags and I thought the LED's were too dim to be seen during the day. Whenever I was riding in a group, the other riders kept asking me why I never use my turn signals. So I got a set of regular turn signals and mounted them on the hard bags. Here's a picture.....p.s I wired the LED's to the brakelight just for the heck of it.

Agreed, the turn signals that came with the bags are JUNK. I really like that look with the amber signal...what kind did you use?

I think I got them from ebay so I just went and looked there and found them. Here's a link http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/Kawasaki-ZX6-ZX6R-ZX9-ZX9R-Flush-Mount-Mini-Tu...

Hi, I know this is an old post but I'm really interested in these bags. What specific hardware did you purchase with the bags to install? Was the install very difficult?
Thank you. Claire

Wheels:

Welcome to the forum.....as you spend more time here you will learn how the forum works.

The person that posted this is an "ex member"....so you will not get a response from him as he will not see your question.

In the first post the bags were listed as Matuza, and in the 11th post a link was provided to where the bags came from.  In later posts he explains about the brackets he used, how many bolts, etc.

Also, I have Mutazu bags (pics below) and wanted to forewarn you.  These bags are inexpensive for a good reason.  They are cheaply made ABS plastic; not fiberglass or other more durable material.
If you do some internet searching about any Mutazu bags, you'll find most folks have reinforced them in some way.
It's a shame because I would be willing to pay more for better quality but didn't find anything between these and very expensive bags that were hard and easily lockable.  Plus, these are a perfect size for our bikes.
Also, I've read many posts online about the lights that come with any of the Mutazu bags not being nearly bright enough.

Here's a link to the GA's that I have:  http://www.mutazu.com/products.php?cat_id=7&menu=Hard%20Saddlebags&product_id...
