Betcha he found it elsewhere on some other bike and knew it would work.

The seal is not a classic o-ring at all.

I'll go over there one of these days and order another one and get the part number for you all. if i recall it was really cheap

Each valve required several and everybody called them "Square O rings" I think they were made by the Parker seal company.
