Front Pulley

Front pulley was slightly loose at 8400 miles. Heard a clicking noise when turning the rear wheel with the bike on my homemade lift. Tightened it 30 degrees. I would check this every time you change your rear tire (5-6K miles). torque 74-86 ft/lb. Wink

You don't mention it so I have to ask. Did you remember to bend a couple of tabs of the lock washer over the nut?

My sprocket was bad when I got the bike last year.  Thank goodness Savage Greg converted to chain.  I bought his old one.
