Ed L has an oil cooler mounted on his bike.  PM him to get his attention.

I'm working on a passive system, basicly attaching some aluminum fins on the oil filter cover to increase the surface area which will help with cooling. I also have installed a oil cooler off of a GRX'er which involved drilling and tapping the side cover over the oil filter cavity.

I used the same technique as Ed_L to mount a frame-rail tranny cooler as a m/c oil cooler.  Not quite full-flow drops temps about 10-15C...

There's a full writeup in the Tech section last time I checked (several months ago...)

Hi Mick
I Followed the Write up in the Tech section on the plumbing & Mounting of the cooler, however I managed by Trimming the Banjo bolt head to feed the oil back into the bottom plug and avoid drilling the casing.
(You have to do some dismantling & moving of the engine to get the new pipe & bolt in.
I also removed the side cover and plugged the internal feed to make the cooler full flow.
Have a look in the Tech section for the fitting and if you need further help I will get some photo's of my installation and look up my notes on the fitting
Regards
Carl
