Burnouts
08/09/08 at 13:12:12

Anyone try doing a burnout on pavement? Front brake on, throttle it? I tried on grass today, the front tire slid a bit and than all of a sudden the rear let loose. Grass and mud went flying. Of coarse, I had to try this just after I washed it.  Lips Sealed

I still don't get it.  I posted the question in another thread regarding just how this is supposed to be fun.  Watching someone take their motorcycle and put the front end up against an immovable object, then proceed to burn out until the back tire pops is about as impressive to me as watching somebody urinate on their own feet in the name of fun.

You want to see an truly impressive burn out - take a look at this video, particularly the last half.   Shocked

the burnout i did was a contest, to see who could choose how long it would take to blow.

Don't get me wrong, I did not intend anything personal towards you in my response, and your explanation makes sense to me.  At least there was some reason for the behavior.  Did the loser have to buy you a new tire?  Tongue
