99 Sportster Seat? (Read 61 times)

itschnobigdeal YaBB Newbies Offline '96 Savage Posts: 24 Duluth, MN Gender:	99 Sportster Seat? 08/08/08 at 14:29:37 I found a mint seat off of a '99 Sportster for almost nothing. Will it bolt right up on the Savage? Or will it take some fab work, or will it not work at all? Thanks!

Reply #1 - 08/08/08 at 14:44:27 There are a bunch of different model sportsters.... Anyway..... as a minimun you will need to get/make a bracket that will attach to the two bolts that hold the stock. A piece of flat steel from the hardware store bent correctly with a few holes drilled.
