I have a chance to by a 1997 suzuki marauder,I think thats right, Dose anyone out there know anything about these bikes ,its a 800cc, a little bigger than my Savage I think.

My dad has a 98 marauder that he's rode for years. Not sure I can answer many questions about it but it seems to be a solid bike.

You can stretch out a lot more on it. Its a larger framed bike. Its not massive. I actually learned to ride on it. Its no where as nimble as the Savage, but still very agile. I think the Marauder got rebadged as the Boulevard M50 during the Suzuki "Lets rename all our stuff" event.

I wonder how dose it do on gas compared to the savage? I love the little savage , but I went 300 miles on mine last week and it hurts.

Dad has Cobras and a rejet on his and its getting in the mid 40s to low 50s depending on where and how he rides it. If you want somewhere I have pics of me on both if you want to compare the size difference.

Oh that would be great. I like to see how much defrance there is.
I'm going to keep the savage though no matter what. I like it around town just fine.

LOL There was about a month between the two pics. The Marauder is definitely a bigger bike. As far as the beard it comes and goes
