Found this on ebay:

Anybody here used one, and is it worth it? My brights are great at night, but the lowbeams are nearly worthless.

I bought one of those bulbs. Only slightly better from what I can tell. I wouldn't waste your money.

Not worth it. I threw out 4 new ones out a couple months ago because I couldn't give them away.

I just installed the Sylvania Silverstar bulb and its much brighter than the stock bulb. Very satisfied with this bulb.

I've been running the Sylvania Silverstar H4 in my bike for over a year now. The SilverStar is much brighter than the stock bulb and illuminates about twice the area.

Everything I say is fully substantiated by my own opinion.
