yeah, when I was talking to Tom about the one I got, he said they were near impossible to get a hold of, but he was able to get them from another dealership.  I guess they picked them up last Tues night or Weds morning.  A black one, and a red one

well, its been a while.....

I just passed the BRC on Weds, and am now waiting for my road test waiver to actually get my license.  The class was great, and we had really good instructors.

Unfortunately, due to some bad situations, and a TON of rain, I have only really been out on the Savage once since bringing it home.  Even then, I uncovered it and went for a ride, then had to wrap it up again real quick before the rain started again.

I haven't even had the chance to take pictures yet

You don't need to take a course in Wisconsin or Illinois,They want you to learn to think for yourself which I agree,I have a daughter learning now.

Well, I missed this thread the first time around, so, "HI, Tom!"

I'm here in Massachusetts.  Yes, the rain has been ridiculous.  I drove home from NY in it.  Brrrrrrrrrr....

Paladin has it right! No one will see you if thy're not looking. Don't be afraid of being less than machoif you do things to try to stay alive. If i come up to an intersection and i see some joker's wheels start to roll i blip my horn and prepare to brake. I got no steel I-beams in my doors(got no doors). the same accidents that might cause a fenderbender in a cage might kill a motorcyclist.Lastly , here in central Indianathere have been at least 3 deaths from motorcyclists not stopping in time to hitting a car.None of them Savages ,but WTF? You are your only protection. practice
