I resently purchased my 2006 Suzuki S40 and am very happy.  I have just started to notice what sounds like a squeaking noise that appears to be coming from the drive belt that was not there when I got my bike about a month ago.  
I live on the Gulf coast area of Mississippi and the weather here has bee HOT and a bit dry.
My question is, does the drive belt require any lubrication?  If so what is recommended foe use.
Any other reason the belt would start making this squeaking sound?
