I've been at 135 many times in a cage, but there was always a reason to get there that usually overrode the fear of crashing.

Today, I pulled out to pass Clem Kadiddlehopper in his pickup at about 60 mph.  I just gave it a little gas, honest.  Next time I looked down I was doing 80 and climbing.  Probably time for the 3000 mile lower unit O-ring replacement (on me, not the bike.)  Seems like it is getting less and less distressing to drive too fast.  I don't really want to be wrung into a mop bucket and then poured into my coffin.  Rather be shot by an irate 20 year old husband when I'm about 82. I found the pucker factor kicked in at 65mph. \the bike started feeling wobbly, but I would atribute to lack of both steady nerves and experience. \i was quite comfortable t 60. Shocked
