Brake Pads

Does anyone know a good place to order brake pads? I ordered a set from jc whitney and they arrived today. they were some funky looking hockey puck shaped things. I called customer service and the woman put me on hold while she called one of her tech guys and he said they don't have any savage brake pads and they will refund my money plus shipping plus postage to send them back. they were very nice about it but the web site told me that those were the ones I needed so they should fix the web site. Anyway, my question is: Where can I get the CORRECT brake pads?

my original pads are at 12,000 miles now and are getting pretty thin. I'll be ordering some today from cruiser customizing. I'll still order things from jc whitney when i need to. They seem to have really good customer service. Thanks for the responses guys.
