It arrived today and I really dig the look and it feels really comfortable to me although I do also have forward controls. From what I have read it needs to be from a 2004+ model. I just got one from a forum member. In the front it fits well. I am looking at different options for the rear mount. On my 2004 the rear mount is coming to right where the tail light mount is. So I either need to move the tail light or use the factory rear mount on the bike and bolt a piece of metal between it and the seat. I only went around the block a few times with the seat but it did feel better than the stock seat.

Keith check the tech section on the mod and azjay explains what he did when he used the center tail-light hole and how he worked around it. I was lucky because I had an aftermarket tail-light that I could pretty much move anywhere I wanted.

I put a 2" spacer by the rear taillight to make it work. Then I put a gel pad covered by the Alaskan Leather buffer pad on my seat. Very, very comfortable.

Tex - I copied this from an earlier posting - works like a charm. You'll want to copy the 'address' where the pic is stored.
