Turn signals dead in the rain

It seems my turn signals don't work properly in the rain. Before today they didn't want to flash in wet weather (or after spraying it with garden hose), but I could manually flash them. This morning the signals wouldn't come on at all. Any ideas on where to start inspecting with a multimeter?
At least my belt wasn't squeaking, or maybe I couldn't hear it above the Mac I put on over the weekend.

Check for dirty or loose connections at the turn signal flasher. Sorry, I don't have my manual infront of me to give it's location. I think under the front of the tank.
