Timing plug removal

I see a lot questions here about how to get the timing plug out. I thought I would share my Idea with you. It ain't rocket science, but it works everytime. Just take a 10 inch file (used is better and a lot cheaper) and grind about a one inch section on the end that will fit in the slot and then above that grind another section about a quarter of an inch deep and one inch long(to give you room to get in the slot and turn it). I tried to upload a pic but for some reason it will not load.

I use a large 2.5" inch daimeter washer, clamp it in a visegrip. easey off, easy on.
