So this has happened to me twice now and I have no idea whats going on.  I was driving today and the bike just died one me. When I say died... I mean just guit.... I stopped checked the gas, had gas but running low. Turned over to reserve. Got it started after a few tries. I got to the gas station and filled up. ran just fine until I got about three miles down the road. Died on me again! I got it started until I came to a stop and made the next mile to my house. WHAT THE HELL IS GOING ON WITH THIS darn THING?

run it on PRI, maybe your vacuum is bad

if not, try turning up the idle (if the bike dies at a stop or when clutch is used, then your idle's low)

Mine did the same thing last fall.  The vacuum hose had about a million cracks in it.  You couldn't see them with a visual inspection, but when you put it under water, plugged one end and filled the other with air, it looked like an aquarium bubbler.

Just get a length of fuel line from the autoparts store (I needed so little, the guy didn't charge me for it).  The fuel line is thicker than the stock hose, so you'll have to do away with the spiral cage thingy, but the walls are thicker and will last longer than the rather thin walls of the OE vacuum line.

Everything I say is fully substantiated by my own opinion.

I will give that a try! I hope that will fix the problem. .... Did you bike cut off while you were at speed, IE 55mph or so?

So a vacum problem may be the issue! Got it!
