I rode one for my msf course and well...
Really touchy throttle, hard to keep below 3-4k rpm Stalls out below 3-4k rpm (granted, I was a first-timer) Relatively heavy for a 250cc I dont really like the headlight design for anything older than 2008 Buzzy sounding exhaust Nice high end Very good stopping distance Decent riding position, though at the end of the 2 days of riding, my shins and calfs were bruised from banging into the footpegs while walking the bike
all in all, I would not buy one, despite their being cheap and available. But, different strokes for different folks.
