hope so - I've been hitting the rev limiter on this 200cc too often- it's geared so low need to either speed shift it all the time or just leave it in 3rd/4th/5th - I believe you can walk beside it wot in 1st
Isn't it designed for off road too..... 1st should be to go up steep hills with the body up on the pegs, hanging over the handlebars.

you bet - had the thing on a fresh wind blown sand dune the other night - hard to walk up it - the fat tire through a rooster tail and crawled right along - gotta chase down a sealed o-ring chain soon as I bet this sand and salt are gonna eat the stock chain pretty fast

there are aftermarket parts for the savage.
but because there's not a huge number of savage owners buying up high dollar bling bling, there's not much interest to provide.

Harley makes quite a few "after-market" savage parts

You know, I don't think there is anything we haven't found off another bike that we actually wanted. Harley, Suzuki, we've pillaged them all at one point or another.
Think about it, even our chain conversions are stock parts off another bike.
We excel in clever parts hunting, that's what we do.
