In tech there is a thread to make it on/off/reserve.So you can delete the vacuum line.

you can convert a dead petc0ck to manual or order new one - around $50 - I like the vacuum petc0cks myself - that way you don't have to remember to turn the gas off - there isn't an off - had to drive ~100miles the other evening because I had forgotten to turn the gas off on the dirt bike that lives in a shed under a house - last thing I needed was for it leak a tank of gasoline in there.

There are no rebuilt kits for that I know of.

There is a thread in the tech ref section to convert the petcock to a manual operation.

Other choice to to buy a new one...
