Yes, there is. For your future reference, post your questions in Rubber Side Down.
Oh, you want to know which one?
Right side of carb, a little above the bowl, usually has wire wrapped around it.

I was hunting down a vacuum line to run some sea foam into the bike. I am a young gun with little mechanical knowledge but yesterday I striped the tank off along with the carb and cleaned it all up and get the bike to start after the long winter. So the small line off the carb to the right??

yes it is on the rightof the carb. you already unhooked it when you removed the tank.
