The rules to personal weight-loss are simple:
Rule #1 - lay off the "sauce"
O.k. Now that 90% of us are eliminated...
Drink 1oz of water for every two lbs of body weight per day (no pop/soda), replace your junk-food with fruit and fresh veggies for snacks, and don't eat after 6 pm.
Get 30 min. of aerobic exercise 3x/week, and you're there....given time.
Did I say simple? Yes! Did I say easy? Absolutely not! Proven? Yes.
If it came in a pill, everybody would have it.
