installing new carb to engine gaskett

I did get the old carb gasket off with an impact screwdriver. Thanks all for your help.
So now my problem is should I put locktite on the new hex bolts going into the new gasket, and what should I torque the new bolts down to? I haven't found mention of the torque in my manual and haven't found it listed in the great tech torque list section.
Any advise would be greatfully appreaciated!!

I use lock washers with flat washers and hex head stainless bolts. I just snug them up gently and use my torque calibrated wrist.
