rear turn signal- possible/legal?

Is it possible or legal to wire the rear turn signals identically to the front ones, splicing in the wires after the relay?

The front turn signals are a two element bulb the rear are a single element bulb in some states to be legal to have rear signals as also marker lights the lens would need to be red insteaad of yellow

i wired my wifes bike with a car trailer adapter. it makes the turn sig's light up when the brakes are pressed and they still function like turn sig's. down side they're still yellow.
the local law doesn't mind(jacksonville, NC)
in a few weeks we'll see what the law in El Paso thinks of them.

Sounds as if you are asking: is it possible to have the rear turn signals as running lights (optional brake light.)? Yes.
rear running / brake lights need to be red to be legal.
The ready-made $50 solution: a ring of red LEDs under the turn signal lens (In the tech section somewhere.)
Or you can swap the rear turn signals for a set with a dual filament bulb and red lenses, run a $10 trailer light converter to make the brighter side to do turn/brake duty. Requires a bit of engineering on your part.
