I hope I'm not beating a dead horse here, but I need some jetting advice. I have an '06 with stock jetting, desnorkled k&n, 1/2 spacer, and a trapp with 8 dics. I would like to add 6 more discs for a total of 14 discs. I want a bit more sound. What jetting do I need installed to do this. Jetting confuses me, so I need all the advice I can get.

With those mods, I'd run a 157.5 main jet. I'd go no smaller than a 155. My bike has 8 disks and a stock air filter and runs perfect (50-55 mpg) with a 157.5. I will be adding 6 more disks soon.

152.5 is all you need.

You should not change the pilot jet unless you are unable to adjust it properly using the pilot adjustment screw.
