That's for the ferschlugginer helmet lock that you will never be able to get at, once you put the ferschlugginer saddlebags on.  Angry Welcome and Huzzah!  Cheesy

They vibrate loose and fall off. The stealership charges $35.00 for a new one.
They are held in place with one screw, if anyone doesn't want to lose theirs use threadlock blue on the screw. Undecided
