Question..was looking back at some old 60's bikes, which leads to this question..has anyone here ever had their front and/or rear fenders chromed?  And nickle plating the frame a la the rickman bros..talk about bling.  What a sight on a sunny day. 8)

Chrome front might be nice.........would match the rest of the chrome on the bike.

isn't the rear fender fiberglass? it would be alot cheaper to use a front fender off of an older japanese mc, alot of them were chrome. there is a paint that looks alot like chrome, it's kinda pricey i think ( not rattle can ) the only rear fenders that i have seen that are easily avaiable are the chromed flat fenders.

Sluggo has installed the chrome fenders from an older 'Zuki GN400 on his Savage which I believe only req'd minor mods to the adopted fenders ... looks REAL good too!!

How about this fender:

CHROME CUSTOM FRONT FENDER 4 HARLEY FXWG,FXDWG & FXST

Don't know why the pic looks like this on here ...
Looks better on the actual auction:

CHROME CUSTOM FRONT FENDER 4 HARLEY FXWG,FXDWG & FXST

Might be a nice and inexpensive way to go chrome ...

Yes, but what's that pointy thing between the handlebar risers -- a pedestrian slicer or the battering ram off a Greek trireme??
