So I re-jetted my carb yesterday put the 55 pilot jet and the 152.5 main jet. I was putting everything back together and I couldn't remember where the two smaller black hoses connected to, that are on each side of the carb. I think they are just vent hoses, am I wrong??? I'm not getting any backfiring, but I still get a poof like I did before I re-jetted. I have the mixture screw out 2 turns and it doesn't seem to make a difference on shutdown. What else do I need to do???

yeah vent lines point them up and into the frame

a little puff is good, if pow, just turn it out a little more, a quarter turn worked for me.

I even just had a little puff with the stock jetting though. Anything else I can do??? I'm also worried about my SuperTrapp getting colored too quickly.

I guess I'm the wrong one to ask then cause I got a blue trapp.  My plug is light so I'll go up to the 152 this weekend.
