Here is the other one I found it says it's for the Savage but the bolt holes look wrong to me. But what the hell do I know

Looks like it will work as long as you don't have a sissy bar (backrest). I like the look of it.

Yeah, I've seen that one before and I think it installs under the side rails but I'm not sure.  Every time I contacted a vendor or tried to order it, I was told it was out of stock and no longer available.  I wish you luck!

That's the Highway Hawk luggage rack, not sure where the Tech Glide name comes in.  Seem to recall someone saying the chrome wasn't that great.

I was thinking that you could remove the pillion pad, cut the sissy bar short, and weld up a rack onto the stubs that extends forward and back -- make it about a 10"W x 20"L area.  Probably tie the front end down to where the pillion pad bolted on.
