what state do you live in?

also,  stock muffler + stock carbs & jetting = pass epa, channge it back to what you like later =  Grin

& there's a way to make vins pass an x-ray test.

We're smog exempt.  They didn't even look at the bike when I registered it.

Get it registered and then do what ever you want.
