Well, that's easy enough. Read a lot and swing a wrench for a while.
Or you can hit the search button up there....
Sorry to be a smart aleck, but dude....c'mon. You want a one paragraph answer to all of that? Ever ask a framer how to build a house?

michael1027214 ....... Raking out the front will set you back big bucks just for the frame mod, and it gets even more insane if the rake is so extreme that major gussets are required. Then you'll need to find or make extended forks so it all sits level again, and of course extend the brake lines, etc. The hard part will be finding a frame shop that's willing to guarantee the frame alignment when it's all done.
Now, if you're truly mad (like me) and have deep pockets (unlike me), and really want that chopper look, you might consider replacing the front forks with springer forks, ...... in fact that would probably look so rad even with the existing rake angle that you might not feel the need to hack the frame at all.
The remaining 90% of the job is much easier in comparison

Just add some longer Forks and chop the mudguards down (I think you might call them Fenders?), then remove the pillion seat, or add a little pad thing instead. Add some wider handlebars with longer risers to make the seat look lower, a slightly fatter tyre at the back and a new paint job to finish off.
I don't know all the details, cos my blokie did mine for me, I just told him what colours and picked the design, but basically that's all he did. Same engine, no frame changes - but it looks like this now:
Sounds awesome, looks pretty good (for a girls bike!) - and I love it!

Rob, that thing is crying out for a Dyna muffler, or maybe a turn out. Fine look you got there. Is the seat as comfy as it looks?

I would tell you to go to the Seegercycle web site, thats where I bought my chopper kit,but I was just there and I think it has been discontinued. I can't find it.
This is what it looked like the first day I had it,brand new.

Don't cut the frame. Go for an older Frisco style. Keep the controls where they belong, high bars, high mounted tank. Sprung solo seat or rigid mount seat, either works fine.
I have a Honda Rebel rear fender on mine. Lot's of work to finish it off. Eventually...
Still need fender struts, frame struts, seat rear mounts... Oh, that gas tank was made in the 1950s.

mine:
Jesse Ray's:
Neck plasma cut ,lengthened 2 inches top of frame and 4 inches on bottom for a 45 degree rake. Tubes changed from 24 inches to 42 inches. Straight pipe exhaust. Aftermarket turn signals. Slight mod on swing arm to accept 150 x 90 x 15 tire. Frame cut right at shocks and rebuilt for 13 inch wide seat. Suzuki Intruder 1400 gas tank still uses stock gas cap and petcock, 2 inch spacers on back of gas tank to keep tank bottom away from frame. Tag and brake light relocated on side of wheel.
More to come: Tall sissy bar, 230 back wheel with new swing arm, new handle bar, round rear fender.
