Can someone tell me if # 46 is the idle air mixture screw? I am not sure from the diagram.

how very strange.
The fiche for that year does not show the idle air screw, but the one for 2002 does:

Looks to be the same carb though.  Others would know more.

NOW I see it on the '86 carb.  Must be #46,"(46 ) 13279-47070  SCREW PILOT"  as #47 is the brass plug.
