Jardine muffler quality

Hey all,
Got a brand spankin new jardine slashcut about a month ago and I love the sound looks etc. But what has me alittle P-Oed is the build quality of the pipe. I've recently been getting a rattle that had kinda bothered me. low and behold i isolated it and it was the baffle insid the muff. Angry  now I know its only being held in there by 2 rivets but come on it should not rattle after a month. Has any one else had this problem?

Seems like that is a complaint with that muffler I've seen written on one of the boards before, Max

Hummm, I don't have a rattle in the newer Jardine (yet) but it sure doesn't have the deep sound like the old one - maybe some cheap is going into the product

I guess I'll just live with it. I just wished Jardine would have spent 2 cents more to make a better pipe

I wonder if you could stuff some fiberglass into it enough (even on the outside of one side of the baffle) that it would stop it without compromising flow.

thought a simular idea rob but with rtv, but if its in the inside of the baffle I guess the rivets would have to come out just another task to get around to.
