S40 Won't start

I have another electric problem. Went to ride and when I turned the key, nothing, no lights no nothing. I thought the battery was dead. I tried to charge it, but the charger says fully charged. I was able to jump start with my truck. With the cables on everything worked like normal. And yes when it ran the rear signal did work.

Well, IF the battery IS fully charged, why would hooking a bigger battery to it make any difference? Maybe you have loose battery connections & the jumper cables made the connections?
