Thanks everyone. Justin, great post youre right, but so is reelthing. In a perfect world id get reimbursed for my lost riding time and trouble but that being said most dealers would have screwed me and i know it. Yes he owes me something for my lost time but if he takes care of my problem and fulfills his responsibility i will let it slide, and certainly wont bad mouth the shop. Im giving him every chance to make things right. The only way ill be rude or anything is if he flat out refuses to fix the problem. People make mistakes, but responsible people go back and correct them.
