Thanks to all who replied re: my dead Savage. Problem turned out to be a very dead battery. Overnight charging and still only 9.2 volts. Apparently, 9 volts is not enough to light the headlight or anything else. Bought a new battery and the trust steed is up and running again. No other problems showed up, like fuses, loose connections, etc. so I have to conclude it was all a battery problem. Thanks again, guys.
